Shipping policy
Kadeline Boutique ships from Canada. International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import charges, which are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable.
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed when placing the order for shipments outside Quebec.
We offer a flat rate of $12 for shipping within the province of Quebec.
Local Pickup
You can avoid shipping fees with free local pickup. After placing your order and selecting local pickup, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 1 to 7 business days. We'll email you when your order is ready, along with instructions and the address.
Our pickup times will be set according to your availability. Please bring your order confirmation email with you.
How can I check the status of my order?
When your order ships, you will receive an email notification from us that will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to be available.
If you have not received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at kadelineboutique@gmail.com en stating your name and order number, and we will review it for you.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount less the return shipping costs.
In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at kadelineboutique@gmail.com avec your order number and a photo of the item. We will handle these issues on a case-by-case basis, but we will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
